SUMMER NO MORE

SUMMER NO MORE is a game about playing a bunch of Teens in the fictional town of Turn’s Crossing, headed back to school after a glorious summer in 1999… and being confronted with the tragic murder of a classmate that nobody else can seem to solve. As they unwrap it, they’ll find their pleasant little all-American town casts a darker shadow than they ever could have imagined.

 It’s also a game about playing out a TV show; where sometimes the bizarre happens with little explanation, where people disappear because of factors behind the scenes, and where everyone’s lives are measured in episodes. The Teens aren’t actors—they’re characters, caught up in a world where everything happens for a reason and forces beyond their imagining shape their lives.

This is an initial playtest version of the game, consisting of;

• A single introductory Mystery, Welcome To Prima County.
• A initial draft of the core rules and character creation.
• A total of 27 Teen move options, spread across 9 Themes.

Fillable online character sheets can be found here. While missing several features needed for the full game, they should be suitable for a playtest.
